Creative visualization is a technique to create what you want in your life. A way to see things as you would like them to be. There is nothing new or strange about creative visualization. It is your natural power of imagination the basic creative energy of the universe. We use it all of the time whether we are aware of it or not.
Many people use the power of creative visualization in an unconscious way. As a result of deep-seated negative ideas about life, some people will automatically and unconsciously imagine lack and limitation in life. Some believe that what we think and visualize ultimately becomes reality.
Your imagination is the key to creative visualization
In creative visualization, you use your imagination to create a clear image of something you wish to manifest. This could be a better life, love, happiness, satisfying relationships or wealth. Imagination is the ability to create an idea or mental picture in your mind. Then you continue to focus on that picture or idea regularly, giving it positive energy until it becomes reality.
Your goal can be on any level, spiritual, emotional, mental or physical. If you can imagine it, you can achieve it. You might imagine yourself with a new home, a new job, being financially successful and healthy. Or you might picture yourself handling a difficult situation in a way that results in a good outcome for everyone involved. You can work on any level and all will have results.
Creative visualization cannot be used to cause harm
It should be noted that creative visualization cannot be used to ‘control’ others or cause them to do something against their will. Its effect is to dissolve barriers, create peace and allow the best of possible outcomes and benefits for all involved. To use creative visualization it is not necessary to believe in any metaphysical or spiritual ideas but you must have ‘faith’ outside of yourself. The only thing necessary is that you have the ‘desire’ combined with ‘faith’ to enrich your knowledge and experience and be willing to try something new in a positive spirit.
Once we learn to practice creative visualization it may at first seem amazing or impossible to our rational minds. It soon becomes perfectly understandable once we learn to practice and achieve results. It will seem like you are working miracles in your life and you will be. Individuals who subscribe to this school of thought believe that creative visualization is available to all who wish to try it and it is magic in the truest and highest meaning of the word.
